Bespoke Porsche Build Europe

A commission shaped around one client.

Micarja Racing develops individual Porsche projects in Europe where the client defines the character, ambition and identity—and every specialist discipline supports that one vision.

Visuals illustrate possible design and engineering directions. Final specification and project identity are determined with the client.

The commission begins here

Not with a model name. Not with a parts list. With a client’s definition of the perfect Porsche.

A bespoke Porsche should feel personal without feeling arbitrary.

Micarja Racing starts by defining the intended experience: how the car should feel, where it will be used, which visual references matter and which technical compromises are unacceptable.

Donor selection, powertrain, chassis, exterior proportion, material language and interior atmosphere are then developed around the same brief. The finished Porsche should not resemble a collection of upgrades. It should feel resolved.

The private environment

The commission is experienced from the driver’s seat.

Interior development is not an afterthought. It is where the client interacts with the project every second of the journey.

Material language

Luxury is consistency at every scale.

A bespoke build earns credibility through the relationship between large surfaces and small details: paint, wheel finish, carbon, upholstery, hardware and stitching.

The atelier

Finish is the visible result of invisible discipline.

Paint quality, panel fit and visual restraint only work when body preparation, mounting logic and technical packaging have already been solved.

Fit before paint

Panel relationships and mounting points are resolved before final finishing begins.

Colour with context

The paint must work with wheel finish, carbon, glass, interior and the car’s proportions.

Engineering beneath the surface

Cooling, exhaust, drivetrain access and serviceability remain part of the same decision process.

Engineering and proportion

The body should express what the engineering makes possible.

Width, stance, aero, wheel position and cooling requirements must be developed together. The aim is presence without visual confusion—and performance without sacrificing coherence.

Client-defined identity

The project does not arrive with a predetermined name.

The client determines the project’s identity. Micarja Racing helps translate that identity into a credible Porsche.

That may mean a restrained air-cooled driver’s car, a modern OEM+ road car, or a deeper coachbuilt transformation. The direction follows the brief, not a fixed catalogue.

The result should feel uniquely personal while remaining technically disciplined, understandable and unmistakably Porsche.

Final investment depends on donor value, engineering depth, materials, interior scope, performance target and destination-market requirements.

Investment logic

The budget must support the brief—not distort it.

A serious project is not priced by counting visible components. The investment covers design discipline, technical integration, specialist execution and a result that remains credible over time.

Some commissions remain deliberately restrained. Others involve substantial body, chassis, powertrain and interior development. Scope is defined before execution so expensive decisions are made in the correct order.

Commissioning process

A precise sequence protects the result.

01

Private consultation

Intended use, preferred platform, design ambition, market destination and realistic investment level are defined.

02

Donor and feasibility

The donor is sourced or assessed, and the concept is tested against technical, legal, financial and supply-chain realities.

03

Integrated specification

Exterior, drivetrain, chassis, wheels, brakes, interior and colour strategy are brought together in one controlled brief.

04

Specialist execution

Selected partners execute each discipline while Micarja Racing safeguards the agreed visual and technical direction.

05

Validation and delivery

Fit, finish, road behaviour, thermal performance, braking, usability and documentation are reviewed before handover.

Frequently asked questions

Before the first conversation.

What is a bespoke Porsche build Europe commission?

It is a structured client-defined Porsche commission combining donor strategy, OEM+ engineering, material specification, specialist execution and final validation.

Does the client determine the project name and identity?

Yes. The client determines the project’s character, specification and identity together with Micarja Racing. Projects do not use a mandatory fixed naming system.

What does a serious complete commission typically cost?

Complete commissions commonly begin around €300,000 and can extend beyond €900,000, depending on donor value, engineering depth, materials, interior ambition and performance scope.

Can Micarja Racing source the donor Porsche?

Yes. Micarja Racing can help source a suitable donor or assess a client-owned Porsche for condition, provenance and project suitability.

Is every commission a full body transformation?

No. Scope follows the client brief. Some projects may be restrained OEM+ developments, while others can involve substantial body, powertrain, chassis and interior work.

Does Micarja Racing work with international clients?

Yes. Projects can be coordinated for European and international clients, including sourcing, logistics, documentation and destination-market considerations.
