Bespoke Porsche project by Micarja Racing
Exclusive Porsche Specialist Europe

Built beyond the expected.

Micarja Racing develops individual Porsche projects where design, engineering, material strategy and performance become one coherent machine.

One vision Every project starts with a precise brief.
One network Specialists selected for each discipline.
One result A Porsche with a clear identity.
Not tuning. Development.

A Porsche should feel inevitable.

The strongest builds do not look assembled from a catalogue. They look as though every line, surface and technical decision belonged together from the beginning.

Micarja Racing approaches each commission as a complete development programme. Donor selection, body engineering, chassis balance, power delivery, interior architecture and finishing are treated as connected decisions.

The objective is not excess for its own sake. It is control, proportion, credibility and emotional impact.

Luxury is not decoration. It is the absence of compromise, noise and uncertainty.

From shell to final specification

The build is the story.

A bespoke Porsche becomes valuable when the engineering behind it is as convincing as the finished surface.

Stage one Inspection and complete strip-down
Reinforced Porsche chassis
Stage two Structural preparation and reinforcement
Porsche prepared for carbon body panels
Stage three Pre-fit, body alignment and carbon strategy
Finished painted bespoke Porsche
Stage four Paint, assembly and final calibration
Body integrity

Panel fit, mounting strategy and surface continuity are resolved before finishing.

Mechanical coherence

Power, cooling, brakes, tyres and chassis are engineered as one system.

Long-term credibility

Material and supplier choices are made for ownership, not only presentation.

Our scope

One point of control. Multiple specialist disciplines.

Micarja Racing coordinates the complete project while selecting the right technical partners for each phase.

01

Donor sourcing

Selection of a suitable base car based on condition, provenance, platform and project economics.

02

Project architecture

Definition of design direction, performance target, material strategy, budget and timeline.

03

Body development

Widebody execution, carbon components, aero integration, surface refinement and panel fit.

04

Powertrain

Engine, cooling, exhaust and transmission programmes matched to intended use and market requirements.

05

Chassis and braking

Suspension, geometry, wheel, tyre and brake packages developed for balance rather than headline figures.

06

Interior commissioning

Materials, seats, stitching, trim, controls and identity details developed as one visual language.

Proportion before aggression

Presence without visual noise.

A convincing rear view is not created by adding more. It is created by controlling width, stance, exhaust architecture, aero and the relationship between every surface.

Materials with purpose

Every visible detail must earn its place.

Carbon, magnesium, aluminium, leather and Alcantara are selected for function, tactility and visual consistency.

Classic platforms

Respect the silhouette. Re-engineer the experience.

For air-cooled projects, authenticity matters. The objective is to intensify the character of the platform without erasing it.

A classic Porsche project can combine period-correct proportion with modern metallurgy, improved cooling, stronger braking, refined suspension and a bespoke naturally aspirated engine programme.

Modern OEM+

Sharper, rarer, still unmistakably Porsche.

For current-generation platforms, Micarja Racing develops visually disciplined upgrades that preserve usability and factory-level logic.

Aerodynamics, wheels, suspension, exhaust, power delivery and interior details are calibrated to create a more focused car without turning it into a collection of unrelated aftermarket parts.

The Micarja process

Clear decisions before expensive decisions.

01

Discovery

We define the intended character of the car, its use, the visual direction, the preferred platform and the realistic investment level.

02

Donor and feasibility

The donor is selected and the concept is tested against technical, legal, financial and supply-chain realities before the build starts.

03

Specification

Body, engine, chassis, brakes, wheels, interior and colour strategy are brought together in one integrated project specification.

04

Execution

Selected specialists perform each discipline while Micarja Racing safeguards the original design and engineering intent.

05

Validation and delivery

Fit, finish, road behaviour, cooling, braking and usability are reviewed before final presentation and handover.

Frequently asked questions

Before the first conversation.

What does Micarja Racing do?

Micarja Racing coordinates donor sourcing, brokerage, concept development, body engineering, performance upgrades, specialist suppliers and bespoke interior execution.

Can Micarja Racing source the donor car?

Yes. Suitable donor cars can be sourced in Europe and internationally. The selection is based on technical condition, provenance, specification and project suitability.

Are projects limited to cosmetic upgrades?

No. Depending on the commission, a project can include structural preparation, body development, carbon components, drivetrain upgrades, suspension, braking, cooling and a complete interior programme.

Can an existing Porsche be used as the base?

Yes, provided the car is technically and financially suitable for the proposed programme. A pre-project inspection is recommended before the final specification is confirmed.

Does Micarja Racing work with international clients?

Yes. Micarja Racing works with European and international clients and can coordinate sourcing, logistics and specialist partners across borders.
