Each commission begins with the intended character and use of the car. Only after that direction is established do we select the donor vehicle, engineering solutions, materials, components and specialist partners.
Our Bespoke Porsche Services cover the complete development process, from Porsche acquisition and concept development to engineering, coachbuilding, interior commissioning, documentation and final delivery.

Define the Automobile Before Selecting the Parts
Before engineering and fabrication begin, the complete project must have a clearly defined purpose.
We establish how the Porsche will be used, which qualities of the original car must remain, the desired performance, the visual direction, the required comfort and the boundaries of the budget.
This planning phase prevents contradictory decisions later. A road-focused grand tourer requires a different specification from a lightweight weekend car or a Porsche intended for repeated circuit use.

04 — Design Development
Create the Porsche That Might Have Been
Micarja design development begins with the identity of the original Porsche and explores how that identity could evolve without becoming unrecognisable.
Proportion, stance, aerodynamics, cooling, materials, lighting, wheels and surface treatment are developed as one complete visual and technical composition.
Visual studies provide a clear reference before costly physical work begins. They also allow the client, bodywork specialists and engineers to work from the same approved direction.
05 — Coachbuilding and Carbon
Integration Before Appearance
Bespoke bodywork must look as though it belongs to the architecture of the original Porsche.
Micarja coordinates specialist bodywork, carbon components, structural preparation, surface finishing and paint through selected European partners.
The objective is not simply to attach wider panels or visible carbon. Airflow, cooling, wheel clearance, panel gaps, mounting, serviceability and long-term durability must all be considered.

Engine development is coordinated with specialist partners according to the condition of the original unit, the intended performance and how the Porsche will be driven.
Cooling, lubrication, fuel delivery, transmission, clutch, differential, exhaust, brakes, tyres and chassis control must be considered as one system.
Micarja does not select the most extreme specification merely for a headline figure. The correct result is the engine that best serves the character and intended use of the car.
Where appropriate, exhaust solutions may incorporate technology from established manufacturers such as Akrapovič .

07 — Chassis, Suspension and Brakes
Control, Comfort and Confidence
A bespoke chassis specification should suit the roads on which the Porsche will actually be driven.
Suspension is selected according to vehicle weight, tyre dimensions, suspension geometry, body clearance, ride-height requirements and the desired balance between comfort and response.
Depending on the project, suspension systems may incorporate components from KW Suspensions .

Brakes, steering, bushes, wheel bearings and suspension components are reviewed as part of the complete system rather than treated as isolated upgrades.
08 — Interior Commissions
The Interior Must Belong to the Car
A Micarja interior is developed around the project’s purpose, architecture and exterior identity.
Leather, Alcantara, technical textiles, carbon fibre, aluminium and titanium are selected for quality, function and coherence rather than decoration alone.
Seating position, ergonomics, visibility, comfort and long-term usability remain central. A road-focused Porsche should not be compromised by unnecessary track theatre.
Classic and modern models require different design languages, but the standard of integration remains the same.
09 — Specialist Network

Micarja Racing works with selected European specialists in bodywork, engines, composites, suspension, paint, interiors, restoration and technical development.
No single workshop needs to claim mastery of every discipline. Our responsibility is to select the appropriate expertise and ensure that all partners work toward one approved direction.
